Tim Chuey Weather

Welcome to my weather world. The purpose of this blog is to explain the why and how of weather events that I didn’t have the time to discuss on TV. This is your chance to ask questions and make comments on subjects not usually covered in a standard weathercast. Remember, this is a “G” rated blog so please be polite with your comments.

They hang around parking lots, especially in rough weather. Birds are often carried to different locations by the winds of storms. If the sea is too rough, they go inland for a while. If the lot has
the right wind currents around it so that the seagulls can ride the
currents without expending energy while hanging around waiting for
    feeding opportunities.
