A High Pressure Ridge (shaded area nosing its way into the Northwest) will bring us a lot of sunshine for the near future, at least into the weekend. With clear skies overnight the AM low should be near freezing especially in the outlying areas where frost is a possibility. Today after some early AM fog or low clouds it will be sunny with the high in the upper 60s. It will be about the same Wednesday and Thursday and then warming into the 70s and lows in the upper 30s and low 40s continuing Friday through Sunday. There should be no significant precipitation for the next 7 days so outdoor work or play will bright and dry.
Again, here is this week’s weather quiz question. How many raindrops fall in each square yard in a typical thunderstorm? Please put your answer as a comment. The first person to answer correctly will get one week of free personalized forecasts.
