An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) is sweeping more moisture and cool air over the the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 1-3 show no frontal systems over the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 3-7 Thursday through Monday show increasing frontal activity through the period.
NOTE: Daylight Saving Time officially begins at 2 AM Sunday March 10th. Don’t forget to “SPRING AHEAD” at bedtime Saturday night by setting your clocks ahead by one hour. The authorities recommend that everyone check home Smoke Detectors, CO Detectors, and RADON Detectors to make sure they are in working order. Depending on the type you have and how old they are you can replace bad batteries or replace the whole Detector.
