The Jet Stream Airflow has split. Moisture in Northern California will slowly send a little moisture to Oregon. The graphics for days 1-3 show the surface low pressure system in Northern California filters some rain into the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 3-7 Wednesday through Sunday show a weak frontal system headed for the Pacific Northwest as it falls apart.
