Upper Level Low Pressure off the California coast will help move moisture from Pacific Hurricane Hilary from the south across the eastern sections of Oregon. Meanwhile Canadian wildfire smoke is pushing into the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 1-3  show a stationary front stuck to our east. The graphics for days 3-7   Wednesday through Sunday show a frontal system moving through the Pacific Northwest Wednesday. A frontal system will be along the California coast Saturday and next Sunday.
