An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) has moved up to the Pacific Coast. The graphics for days 1-3 show a surface low and its associated cold front moving into California then pushing eastward. It will bring some showers to the South Willamette Valley, but the bulk of the rainfall will be to our south. The graphics for days 3-7 Tuesday through Saturday show a complex frontal system sliding in Wednesday, then a cold front will be moving through the Pacific Northwest next Friday and Saturday.
