The jet stream brought a lot of marine moisture straight to us. Now an upper level low (“Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) returns will keep the rain around for a while.  A frontal system moved through the Pacific Northwest spreading wind and rain with the heaviest to the north. The warm front moved in today followed by the cold front (position shown is Sunday) on Saturday. Sorry, but Halloween will be quite wet. Remember, Daylight Saving Time officially ends and Standard Time returns this weekend at 2:00 am Sunday November 1st (Or at Bedtime Saturday October 31st, Halloween). Turn your clocks BACK one hour.
