The upper level High Pressure Ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) is slowly moving eastward. That will allow cooler moist air to move inland from the coast.  A frontal system (position shown is Wednesday) will be pushing through the Pacific Northwest Tuesday and Wednesday giving us at least a slight chance of showers starting Wednesday.
