An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge tries to take the precipitation chances down and out. The graphics for days 1-3 show a frontal system stalled well to our north. An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough slides by to our North from over the Pacific Ocean but another High Pressure Ridge moves in to keep storms away for next week. The graphics for days 3-7 show surface high pressure holding on through Friday when a cold front moves down from the north Friday night into next Saturday.

Note: Mt. Ashland had their Midwinter Jam February 2nd, they are still open through the weekend. Check their website for details. Hoodoo is open through the weekend and will be having their Winter Carnival February 10th. Check their website for details. And Willamette Pass reports opening through the weekend for limited low snow operations. Check their website for details.
