An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (“Arch” shape) takes over bringing lots of sunshine to the Pacific Northwest  The graphics for days 1-3 show no frontal systems approaching Oregon through the period. The graphics for days 3-7   Saturday through Wednesday show a complex frontal system  that will move into the Pacific Northwest between Saturday and Sunday.
