An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (“Arch” shape) has taken over bringing lots of sunshine to the Pacific Northwest  The graphics for days 1-3 show no frontal systems approaching Oregon through the period. Rain will return over the weekend as low pressure takes over. The graphics for days 3-7   Sunday through Thursday show a complex frontal system  that will move into the Pacific Northwest between Saturday and Sunday.
