The jet stream shows a trough of low pressure ( “U” shaped area) swinging through the Pacific Northwest. There is another  frontal system on its way to the Pacific Northwest. It’s been a long time coming, but a high pressure ridge (“arch” shape shown at the end of the jet stream movie) will build in late in the week warming us up a bit so it will feel more like Spring. It looks like the rain will still hang around though.
