The upper airflow (look at the little arrows along the coast) is curving from the southwest bringing warmer more moist air into Oregon. A frontal system will push into northern reaches of our area (see last frame of animation). It will bring a chance of precipitation to us.  A series of fronts will then bring in subtropical moisture and it will be warmer again and continuing the chances for rain.
