A weak Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) brings plenty of sunshine but onshore airflow for cooler temperatures. The graphics for days 1-3 show a no frontal systems sliding through the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 3-7 Sunday through Thursday show a frontal system pushing into the Pacific Northwest Wednesday.
Note: Outdoor Burning Season in Lane County ended last Friday June 6th due to the warmer than normal temperatures and escalating fire danger. The outdoor burning season in Lane county usually closes on June 15th.
