A weak Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) over the Eastern Pacific keeps the onshore airflow over us holding the temperatures down.  The graphics for days 1-3 show no frontal  systems over or approaching the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 3-7   Tuesday through Saturday show a frontal system pushing into the Pacific Northwest Wednesday.
