An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) over the Eastern Pacific along with surface High Pressure keep the onshore airflow over us holding the temperatures down to normal levels.  The graphics for days 1-3 show no frontal  systems over or approaching the Pacific Northwest, but one well offshore Tuesday. The graphics for days 3-7   Wednesday through Sunday show a frontal system pushing into the Pacific Northwest Wednesday.
