High pressure is moving away from us as an upper air trough of low pressure (“U” shape) moves toward Oregon. A cold front is on its way to the Pacific Northwest and is bringing clouds and rain ahead of and with it, and falling snow levels behind it.  Another frontal system should be moving in during the day Wednesday.
