An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (“Arch”shape) keeps heating us up after stable temperatures  for your Tuesday.  The graphics for days 1-3 show the weak cold frontal system moving through the Pacific Northwest late today that postpones heat increases for one day. The graphics for days 3-7   Friday through Tuesday show a cold frontal system pushing through the Pacific Northwest by next Saturday and Sunday.
