An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U “Shape) gives us onshore airflow to control temperatures and cause mountain thunderstorms. The graphics for days 1-3 show no frontal systems moving into the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 3-7 Saturday through Wednesday show a frontal system moving into the Pacific Northwest Saturday and Sunday.
