Today is your last chance to win. Here is my weather quiz question for this week. In the Willamette Valley what does it mean when you see large numbers of sea gulls gathering at school and supermarket parking lots? Some posted answers have been close but not exactly what I am looking for. Please post your answer as a comment by clicking on “no comments” in the upper right hand portion of this page under the caption, then add your comment. The first person to post the correct answer will win a week of free personalized  weather forecasts tailored to your needs. The answer has to be a comment to win. An email answer will not count. Good luck.

High pressure is moving away from us as an upper air trough of low pressure (“U” shape) moves across Oregon. A warm front is on  its way to the Pacific Northwest with a cold front behind it. That means more precipitation for today and tonight. Saturday and Saturday night should, and I emphasize should, be for the most part dry then more storms will bring back the rain for next week.
