An upper air trough of low pressure (“U” shape) moves across Oregon. A warm front moved through the Pacific Northwest with a cold front behind it. That means more precipitation this AM. The airflow will straighten out quite a bit and that will decrease the flow of colder air that has been coming out of the Gulf of Alaska. The result will be slowly warming temperatures, but it will still be wet.
