Here is my weather quiz question for this week. Give it a try. Who created the “F” scale to determine the strength of tornadoes? Please post your answer as a comment by clicking on “no comments/comments” in the upper right hand portion of this page under the caption, then add your comment. The first person to post the correct answer will win a week of free personalized  weather forecasts tailored to your needs. The answer has to be a comment to win. An email answer will not count. Good luck.

An upper air trough of low pressure (“U” shape) moved across Oregon and another weak on is close behind.   High pressure (“arch” shape) will clear out the clouds and rain for the rest of the week, but then back to wet as a low pressure trough and another frontal system move in for the weekend. Sorry, but you’ll need an umbrella or a coat to protect your Easter outfit on Sunday.
