The upper airflow(look at the little arrows in the shaded area off the coast) is curving from the southwest continuing to bring warm moist air into Oregon. It’s called the “Pineapple Express” because the airflow is actually coming from Hawaii.

Partly cloudy Tuesday night through Thursday with decreasing chances of showers from 40% Tuesday night to 20% Thursday high mid 40s low in low 30s.
