The Jet Stream Airflow  is pushing moisture into Northern California and some gets sent to  moisture to Oregon as a front pushes through. The graphics for days 1-3 show a cold front offshore ready to move into the Pacific Northwest Wednesday. The graphics for days 3-7  Wednesday through Sunday show a weak frontal system that moved through the Pacific Northwest between Wednesday and Thursday. Then a front pushes through Oregon next Sunday.
