An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge center has positioned itself to sit right over Northwest Mexico extending northward along the pacific Coast. The Atmospheric River is slowly moving southward into the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 1-3 show a complex frontal system moving across the Pacific Northwest Tuesday. The graphics for days 3-7 Thursday through Monday show a complex frontal system just offshore next Monday.

- A WIND ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM UNTIL 8 PM TUESDAY FOR NORTHERN AND EASTERN KLAMATH COUNTY, AND WESTERN, CENTRAL, AND EASTERN LAKE COUNTIES.

- A PERMANENT HEALTH ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR THE SOUTH UMPQUA RIVER BAR.
