An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (“Arch”shape) is over us along with surface High Pressure to bring sunshine. The graphics for days 1-3 show low pressure off the California coast bringing rain chances to the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 3-7  Monday through Friday show frontal activity affecting the Pacific Northwest Sunday night and Monday, then a cold front pushes through the Pacific Northwest next Wednesday and Thursday.
