An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) helps a frontal system push into and through the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 1-3 show a frontal system moving onshore between today and Tuesday. The graphics for days 3-7   Thursday through Monday show a frontal activity trying to back into the Pacific Northwest from the Northeast.
