An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) helps a frontal system push into and through the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 1-3 show a frontal system moving through the Pacific Northwest from east to west Friday. The graphics for days 3-7   Sunday through Thursday show that stationary frontal system hanging around mainly to our east.
