An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (“Arch” shape) keeps up the dry mild weather. The graphics for days 1-3 show no frontal systems pushing through the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 3-7   Thursday through Monday show a frontal system moving through Thursday through Friday, then another frontal system offshore next Saturday.
