An upper air trough of low pressure (“U” shape) is moving over the Pacific Northwest has kept us wet and cooler.  A cold front brought back some rain for the weekend as the low pressure trough swept in. Another frontal system will be upon us by the middle of next week and that means a bit of a break from late Monday into Wednesday afternoon.
