An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (“Arch” shape”)  well offshore to the Northwest starts to take over diminishing rain chances over the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 1-3 shows a cold frontal system moving in today. The graphics for days 3-7  Saturday through Wednesday show the cold frontal system pushing through the Pacific Northwest between Wednesday and next Thursday.
