A very strong cold front is moving through Oregon. Behind it is colder air aloft which will lower the snow levels. That means more snow for the mountains. Great for skiers and the snow should stay in the mountains and leave the rest of us alone.

Patchy AM fog then a mix of clouds and sun Thursday and partly cloudy for Christmas eve high 45 low near 30 . A mix of clouds and sun for Christmas day and mostly cloudy with a slight (20%) chance of showers at night  highs in the mid 40s lows near 32-34. Partly cloudy Thursday, Thursday night and Christmas day with areas of fog and freezing fog highs near 40 low 30.
