An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge  off the coast brings lots of heat and some wildfire smoke due to offshore airflow (west to east). The graphics for days 1-3 show a cold frontal system pushing through Oregon Saturday. The graphics for days 3-7  Friday through Tuesday show a cold frontal system pushing through the Pacific Northwest through the period until a front moves through Sunday and Monday.
