An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (“U” shape) offshore is cooling us off by spreading weak cold fronts our way. The graphics for days 1-3 show a cold front dropping temperatures Tuesday. The graphics for days 3-7 Wednesday through Sunday show the frontal system pushing out of the Pacific Northwest Sunday. Another front will be sliding through next Thursday.

- A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON UNTIL 8 PM TODAY FOR STRONG GUSTY WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE KLAMATH BASIN AND THE FREMONT-WINEMA NATIONAL FOREST.
- AN AIR QUALITY ALERT IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON TODAY FOR CROOK, JEFFERSON, AND WASCO COUNTIES.
