The National Weather Service has designated this week as “Safe Boating Week.” Take this link to see the seven days of boat safety information that concludes today.

_______________

Upper level low pressure (“U” shape offshore) is sliding slowly across Oregon. A frontal system is bringing better chances for rain through early in the weekend. Looks like the wettest day of the Memorial Day Holiday weekend will be Saturday with lesser chances Sunday and at least part of Monday. There will still be sun breaks on the rainy days. A new frontal system will push through the Pacific Northwest Monday increasing the precipitation chances once again.
