_______________
Upper level low pressure (“U” shape offshore) is sliding slowly into Oregon keeping the flow of moisture aimed at us. The wet weather will continue through today. Still cooler than normal, but the computer models show we’ll dry out, really warm up, and see increased sunshine over the weekend because of the change in airflow from the East and Southeast where the air is dry and warmer. It’s still too early to be certain of that yet, but the weather looks fine for the main events of the Prefontaine Classic Saturday. A frontal system will pass South of us Sunday and should bring us only some more clouds. The shower chances will return by late Monday and Monday night.
