An upper level High Pressure ridge is still keeping our weather dry but that is going to change. If you look at the little arrows you will see the airflow has been moving in from the East and Northeast. The first frontal system will spread the rain from the South to the North as it moves in from the South. That will change and onshore flow will start bringing more moisture our way and that will mean a series of storms will march into the Pacific Northwest keeping us wet.
