It’s Monday and that means it’s is time once again for my weekly weather quiz question. What is “fulgerite?” Please post your answer as a comment by clicking on “no comments/comments” in the upper right hand portion of this page under the caption, then add your comment. The first person to post the correct answer will win a week of free personalized  weather forecasts tailored to your needs. The answer has to be a comment to win. An email answer will not count. Good luck.

_______________

A high pressure ridge (“Arch” shape) is moving over the Pacific Northwest and a trough of low pressure (“U” shape) will move in behind it and start sending some serious moisture our way. A cold front is headed for Oregon and will bring back our chances of getting wet. Another frontal system will move in mid week.
