The “El Nino” weather pattern will continue to control our weather keeping us above normal for temperatures and below normal for precipitation. A weak high pressure ridge is moving in (see blue arrows offshore forming an arch) and will keep us dry, at least for Sunday. The upcoming week will see a parade of storm systems moving through Oregon.
