The “El Nino” weather pattern will continue to control our weather keeping us above normal for temperatures and below normal for precipitation. An upper level trough of low pressure (see blue arrows over the Pacific Northwest forming the letter “U”) is sending a new storm system that is still offshore it’s way to us for Saturday. That storm will split into two sections. One will move into California and the other will move northward into our area. Sunday and most of Monday will be drier, but a new series of frontal systems will move in next week.
