Weak High Pressure, see blue arrows forming an arch into Oregon,  gave us a nice day Monday with sunshine  after all of the fog and low clouds cleared. A warm front offshore pushes inland bringing the chance of rain as will the cold front behind it. High pressure will get a lot stronger to bring a lot of sunshine and mild temperatures from Wednesday through Friday. The next storm system will move southward into California Saturday bringing only a chance of rain for Oregon.
