A high pressure ridge (“Arch” shape on the yellow line) has moved eastward away from Oregon as the next trough of low pressure trough (“U” shape on the jet stream) approaches returning the clouds. A frontal system moved through the Pacific Northwest with another front pushing through Oregon now continuing the wet weather.
