trough of low pressure (“U” shape on the jet stream) is heading our way. A frontal system is moving through Northern California and spinning moisture northward to us. A weak high pressure ridge (“Arch” shape on yellow line) could give us a bit of a break early this morning into the afternoon with shower chances increasing as the day progresses. A frontal system will be aimed at us during the week bringing more rain and another frontal system will move in fro the weekend.
