Here’s my new Weekly Weather Quiz again. The question: When were clouds first classified and who was responsible for naming them? Please place your answer as a comment after this forecast. _______________
The high pressure ridge that gave us the sunshine has moved eastward to be replaced by a trough of low pressure.  A  frontal system split it two and moved in bringing back the rain. Another storm system has moved in behind this one. Yet another storm system will move southeastward into California between Friday night and Saturday as high pressure holds off a cold front that will approach from the northwest.
