The jet stream is setting up to bring the air to us from the Northwest (Gulf of Alaska) as you can see with the shaded area and the blue arrows. That will change us from the warmer than normal Spring-like weather back to a more late winter pattern with falling snow levels. The next cold front is already offshore. Behind it is much colder aloft that will also sweep in along the surface. Another frontal system will approach the coast Monday night and Tuesday. This will be good for skiers and won’t last too long to hamper gardeners for too long.
