An upper air trough of low pressure (“U” shape on the orange line) will sit offshore with high pressure (“arch” shape on orange line) strengthening over us. A weak frontal system fell apart as it moved through Oregon and is increasing onshore airflow enough to bring some clouds and cool us down a bit for the weekend. Another weak cold front will move in late Sunday night and Monday keeping a lid on our high temperatures..
