Advisories: NONE AT THIS TIME.

An upper air trough of low pressure (“U” shape on the orange line) will sit offshore continuing the onshore airflow.  Add that to a weak frontal system that moved through and it will keep a lid on our high temperatures. August begins Wednesday, but it won’t feel any different weather wise. Another weak frontal system will brush by us on Thursday, again with little consequence. There will be a chance of warmer temperatures returning by next weekend as high pressure takes over.

**Because weather forecasting is a combination of science, intuition, and timing there can be no absolute guarantees that individual forecasts will be 100% accurate. Nature is in a constant state of flux and sudden unexpected weather events can happen.
