High pressure is moving over to be replaced by a low pressure area offshore (see shaded areas and blue arrows). The next storm system is moving into Oregon to bring at least a slight chance of rain back. There will be a short break without rain and then another storm will bring the chance of rain back between Wednesday night and Thursday .
