A trough of low pressure is sitting offshore (see shaded areas and blue arrows) and will be moving onshore. A  storm system has already moved through Oregon  bringing the   chance of rain back. There will be a break without rain Tuesday and Wednesday and then another frontal system will bring the chance of rain back between late Wednesday and Thursday .
