A high pressure ridge (shaded “Arch” shape) dried us out Thursday, but it has now turned our airflow from the northwest (the term for that is flattening as it looses it’s hump), for more rain chances today through the weekend. A frontal system is moving through increasing chances of rain, then another frontal system followed by more will continue the rain for the weekend into next week. An upper level trough of low pressure will take over early next week continuing the wet weather pattern.
